2008     Games of the XXIX Olympiad in Beijing (China)

Since it is the first time for China to host the Olympic Games, China sent young athletes to the 2004 Athens Olympics intentionally. Therefore, it is imaginable that China will obtain a lot of medals in the Beijing Games. Baseball and softball will gather attentions because they will not be in the next Olympic Games.
