1976 　Games of the XXI Olympiad in Montreal 　 ( Canada).

Affected by the “oil shock”, the 1976 Games were a financial disaster for Montreal. Although there were many displeased topics such as segregation issue, sharply decreasing participant countries because of international political problems, the Japanese men's gymnastics team achieved victory for the 5th time in the Olympic team events, and the Japanese athletes' activity were especially outstanding.
